| I purchased a 3 pack of pen stylii from SmartPhone Experts a few weeks back. I'm always in need of a pen and can never find one so this was the perfect solution. When I received the item I slid the new pen stylus into my Treo in place of the stock one. When I went to remove it for the first time, the cap (which is the piece that you grab to pull out) came off and left the pen down inside the Treo so far that I couldn't pull it out with a pair of plyers. I was forced to melt the cap so the hole became small and was able to just barely get the stylus back out of my Treo. Thinking that maybe it was just a problem with 1 of the 3, I tried #2. Same thing happened and I was forced to perform the same circus act to remove it. I would caution anybody buying these stylii to consider my comments. This is a brilliant idea but the cap needs to fit more snug or have it be a screw off cap (best idea). I have a 700wx, I can't speak for other models. | |||||

| I recived the replacement pens and was very excited to have a reason to test it out. they all worked fine in my initial test but while showin off to my friends i pulled it out and tried to write and it wouldnt write at all. trying several time i gave up and though maybe it was just this one. ive become very frustrated because they have all failed incases of emergencies when i must sign for a package or a beautiful woman needs a pen. A great invention but only if it worked right i would recomend it, but as of now... 2 thumbs down. | |||||

| I was really upset with this product. The pens would stop writing after one word and the tops come off sometimes when you try to access the styli from the palm. This leaves a tube of metal stuck in the styli hole that is difficult to remove. Apparently other people have had the same problems with the pens not working so I dont know how this company can continue shipping defective products to their customers and stay in business. | |||||
