Good case but with a design problem

I travel quite a bit and found this case to be an excellent protection for my TREO 680 phone. However, I discovered the screw that attaches to the rear of the case causes damage to the belt clip. It appears the screw shaves off a small portion of the plastic pressure retention clip each time the phone is reinserted into the clip. I nearly lost my phone due to the clip failure related to the damage caused by the screw head. I recommend filing the screw slot with a small file to take off the sharp edge and prevent the clip from being damaged.
