Pros:	Fits perfectly
Cons:	swivel clip, not racheted

The construction is first rate using good leather. The fit is perfect with all cutouts matched up to the various buttons, etc. Sturdy metal core for inserting into the clip. The only downside is that the clip is a free swivel-type. I prefer being able to position the phone. However, it is truly a superior product.
