Works well, while it works

Pros:	Syncs with egrips
Cons:	Life span is quite short

I've had my unit for about a year and a half and at this point I have to pull my 650 forward to get it to sync with my PC and that doesn't always work. Not sure why it's having problems already.

Works only sporadically. I've tried to get help, but the advice is simplistic and nonsense. It is as if they didn't read my description of the problem. When it works, it it GREAT. But I can't trust it.

Stopped synching

Cons:	Stopped synching after a few weeks

I loved this cradle, right up until it stopped letting me synch my Treo with my computer. I gather from the Innodock site that I'm not the only one with this problem. I notified them of the problem and requested a replacement weeks ago, but have heard nothing -- so that's poor customer service on top of what seems to be a faulty design.

Inno Dock Quality

Cons:	Button wore out, sync pins wore out

This cradle while good in concept has major flaws. I dock/sync perhaps once a week and in less than a year the pins for the sync connection wore out and no longer make the connection to sync. For the money this is a junk product with no support from Seidio, but this was also true of their cases of which I had 2 and they wor out quickly. My recommendation...stay away from these guys!

Unreliable. Fails to sync 80% of the time. Connections fail to make adequate contact with Treo w/wo case. Avoid.
