fantastic holster
User: Treo 755 User, Oct 7, 2007
I used the Seidio hoster for my Treo 650, and recently bought the Seidio holster for my new Treo 755p. I love this holster. My Treo fits perfectly inside and stays secure. I have never run into a situation where bumping the clip causes my Treo to fall out. I also use eGrips with my Treo 755p for extra security. Unlike the old holster, the new one does not rub against any of the side appliques. I would highly recommend this holster to anyone.
Almost didnt buy but glad I did

Pros: Easy in/out, rubberized exterior, felt interior
Cons: Top hook covers ringer on/off switch
I always read the ratings before buying things but several negative comments almost made me bypass this one. Well, that would have been a mistake. I have owned holsters from many other vendors but this is the highest quality holster in my opinion. It just works. The only negative is that the top spring-loaded mechanism that holds the Treo 750 in place covers the manual ringer on/off switch. I dont switch this on/off very often so its really not that big of a deal but if there was a way to either split the latch or create a hole in it, then in my opinion - it would be perfect.
Needs some adjustments...

Pros: Rubberized coating, felt liner
Cons: Top clip is not true-fit to the phone
I have always preferred this style holster for every phone I've owned for their slim profile. That said each holster has dropped my phone. Moto V551, Treo 650, Samsung Blackjack, and Treo 750. Despite the various manufacturers, they all fail at one time or another.

For this particular holster, my Treo 750 fell out after one week. I realized after looking at the profile of my phone in the holster, the top clip is slightly bigger than the phone and therefore it does not fit snugly against the phone. For this reason the top clip is unable to apply enough pressure to the phone to hold it in place.

I have always carried this style holster horizontally because it's easier to sit in my car. I found that turning this holster to a vertical position solved the problem. It did so because it now presses against my body, providing the pressure needed on the top clip to hold my phone securely. It has taken some getting used to, but I really prefer this style of holster and since then, four weeks ago, my phone has not fallen out of the holster.

Thinking back, I carried all the previous holsters horizontally too. I'm sure that made a difference. Hopefully someone will construct a true-fitting holster for each phone. It took all of two seconds to see the gap between my phone and the top clip, I wonder who was in charge of field testing and inspecting? Bottom line for me is no matter who makes it this style holster is a gamble. Either go for a bulkier fully secure case, or go for a slim profile holster and remember you're taking a chance.
Great Holster, but bad experience
User: Fhernny Beta, Jul 7, 2008
Pros: Slick, size, looks
Cons: damage
Great Holster, It has not broke and have tested it through rough scenarios. However, there are two bumps in the middle of each size of the inner holster which caused damage to my treo. My treo broke in one side and significantly scratched the other side. It was a keeper but with this damage to my phone, I decided to purchase a case that offers more protection to the treo.

I was going to rate it as a 4 and maybe a 5, but this experience dropped it to a 3.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOURS.
Will cause phone to drop after 3 weeks usage
User: UNHAPPY CUSTOMER, Mar 1, 2007
Pros: Style and texture of holster
Cons: Phone has dropped many times after 3 weeks usage
Stay away at all cost. After 3 weeks usage, any minor nudge on the top clip will cause the phone to drop.
