| A Must Have for Heavy Treo 680 Users | |
| User: Ken Chin, Mar 9, 2007 | |
| This is an absolute necessity for the heavy Treo users. I would use my Treo 680 for absolutely everything; from constant phone use to text messaging, to bluetooth, to listening to music, and a whole host of other things on the job, and with all this use, I would charge my Treo on average about once every 4-5 days. I am absolutely ecstatic over this. Now if you are just a casual user, you can probably extend this to maybe once every 10 days before charging. | |

| After three full days of moderate Phone/Palm usage, my battery indicator still shows 56% charged. This is very good! | |

| this battery is pretty descent. it doesnt add much difference to the slimnest of the phone, honestly for me it makes the phone way easier to hold as well as texting! the down side is that is does have a funky mishap every now and again. such as, the battery can be fine one moment then read extremly low the next. but after a reset it works again just fine! other than that, i would give this battery a 1 1/2 out of two!!!! and the battery cover that comes with it is great when it comes to color similarity and it stays in place beautifully! overall if u talk on the phone alot like ido this battery is the way to go, and for the price it cant be beat!!!! | |||||

| I think that the point of the new awkward shape of the device being incompatible with expensive car kits and holders is being glossed over and must be made very clear before one purchases this product. | |||||

| Treo Extended Battery &Cover | |
| User: Joyce Truman, Jun 20, 2007 | |
| The extended battery may extend the life of your Treo slighly, but the back cover does not fit properly and I can't get it to snap in place. To resolve this, I needed a new Treo case to hold the back cover on. | |

| Why, why, why wasn't this included in a standard treo 680? | |||||

| i ordered this a couple weeks after getting my 680, mainly because I needed the battery life. I surf the internet on my phone, as well as chat while I work, and since they monitor the computers, I use the next best thing. With the bluetooth keyboard, and the net access(unlimited a must for treo users), the standard battery is just too weak. Now this baby, more than perfect. i used it for a solid 8 hours, still had plenty of charge to make a call on it, as well as make calls before heading home for the day. If you get a treo 680(and who wouldn't want a nice treo) I not only reccommend this, but say this is a mandatory accessory for your smartphone. Unless you want to drag a portable charger around with you everywhere you go. | |||||
