StarStarStarStarStar One Design Flaw, otherwise, perfection!
User: Tom Newell, Nov 18, 2007
Pros: Comfort & Volume
Cons: Ear bud should face opposite direction in its holder
Excellent comfort, stability in your ear, and volume, both incoming and outgoing, even in a car with some road noise. Some may consider the 3 hour talk time insufficient, but that generally covers all the gabbing I do per day, and once you discipline yourself to charge each night, it is simply not an issue.

My only suggestion would be to mount the pocket clip on the storage container so that the ear bud would face in (towards your pocket). My guess is, they mounted it the way they did so that the blinking blue light did not become a distraction to a person to whom you are talking (assuming the headset is in a visible pocket). But with the earbud facing out, I will occasionally snag the bud, pulling it off the headset. So far, no damage to the headset (or the bud), but I fear losing the bud in the process.

StarStarStarStarStar An excellent choice at a good price.

Pros: Nice storage case, clip on shirt pocket carrier, good to excellent sound quality, lightweight, price
Cons: No instruction manual came with it.
I was pleasently surprised with this unit from Palm. Everything worked as advertised. Sound quality was very good with plenty of volume for driving with some road noise. I especially liked the pen-type pocket clip carrier (its also the charging base). Im able to clip this small pen shaped carrier to my shirt pocket (like a pen) and slide the headset into it. If the phone rings while the headset is in the carrier, just remove it from the carrier and it will auto answer! When the call is over, simply put it back into the carrier and it will hang-up. Im probably not the only one who doesnt need or want to have something stuck in my ear every minute of the day, so this is a nice feature. This unit is a keeper.

Pros: Light weight, very comfortable, easy to use, uses same charger as Treo
Cons: Sound quality not always there. But I havent found one better.
I enjoy using this bluetooth because it uses same charger as Treo, is ligth weight and the most comfortable ear piece I have ever tried.

StarStarStarStarStar revised
User: Dennis Calderone, Nov 14, 2007
Pros: Good fit
Cons: -
I had to write a revised review. Ive had my Ultralight for several weeks now. It still cuts out about once a week. It stays connected most of the time now. It fits well and sounds good.

StarStarStarStarStar Not bad
User: Dennis Calderone, Nov 6, 2007
Pros: Good Fit
Cons: Still cuts out
I like the case and the vibrate option while in it's holder. It fits well in my ear and doesn't really need the ear loop to stay put. My Motorola H700 never cut out but I was told it sounded like I was in a tunnel. My Plantronics 510 constantly cut out and had to be shut off completely to re-cycle it and reconnect. I've had my Ultralight for a few days and it has shut off a couple of times and reconnected as soon as I pressed the call button. Much better sound quality than the H700 but not quite as giid as the 510. Over all it is ok. I will have to give it a week or two to see if it is a keeper. If it stays connected I will be happy with it.
