Hi there. Apparently Revs A and B of this cradle, Mfr# 3198WW, have problems with the 680 as explained in this Palm knowledge library article: http://kb.palm.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=PalmSupportKB,ts=Palm_External2001,Case=obj(42891) It still works, but can cause problems. Rev C of this model number does not have these problems, according to the article, and lists 680 compatibility on the box explicitly. On the Palm site they sell Mfr# 3198WWZ, which does not have these problems either, but costs substantially more. http://store.palm.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2446552&cp=1214570.1958888&parentPage=family If you're selling Rev C, I'd rather order that here and save the cash. Don't want Rev A or B though. Maybe you all could clarify which you're selling?

Pros:	Solid, good angle, access to all keys, Sync button and indicator
Cons:	Poor Sync after a while

I have had several of these cradles, and they all wound up having the same issue... no sync while in the cradle. I always wind up having to unplug the hot sync cale and plug it directly into the Treo to get contact good enough for a sync. Poor electrical design that allows impedence to between the cable that plus into the back of the cradle and the connector that the Treo contacts when in the cradle. It's a pity, because I love this cradle's design. I wish they would make this cradle without the Treo cable in the back. I'd buy three of them!

	Charges fine but doesn't sync well

I wanted to find a cradle that would charge and sync my Treo 650 phone. The charger design is nice and has an additional charger location for an extra battery. However trying to use hotsync is a pain. It works only occasionally and I end up unplugging the connector from the back of the cradle and plugging it in directly to do a hotsync. I have no idea why the sync doesn't work well.
