Pros: -
Cons: Some headsets may pop out unexpectedly
First time out, put my Jabra 110 headset in. Took some doing to find a position that seemed secure. (Of course, there's always the problem of the earhook, which has a tendency to come off, so best to remove that. First time out, got where I was going, went to retrieve my headset and -- surprise! no headset. Somewhere along the way, it managed to pop out (even though I was wearing a long coat that covered the "tooth ferry." Bye bye headset. Tooth Ferry promptly went in the trash. Back to stuffing the headset into a pocket (once I get a replacement). Ouch.

Perhaps works better with some other designs, but I wouldn't risk it myself.

It just works

Pros: Belt clip fits close and stays on, versatile "x" straps fit different headsets
Cons: Not exactly elegant
Ive tried 3 different bluetooth holders, the Tooth Ferry, the Krusell (very similar to the Naztech), and the Vaja "Classic" headphone pouch. Of the three the Tooth Ferry works best for my Jawbone. Its "x" pattern elastic straps enable it to securely hold oddly-shaped headsets like the Jawbone. In addition the belt clip is extremely secure and fits close to the body (unlike a rotating clip) so that the headset stays out of your way. The leather is good quality and shows no signs of wear after over a year of daily use.
