Good, but a failure....
User: Fritz Amtmann, Nov 26, 2006
I'll say that the sound is quite good, a little bit quiet. VolumeCare doesn't help here.

But, and please be aware, the HT-820 has a big mistake! I played a Movie on my Laptop, and I connected the Headset via Cable, then the Channels are flipped. The Train drives from left to right, but you here the noise from right to left. Checking it with the Balance in Pockettunes confirms this failure. Over Bluetooth it is correct, but over Cable it is crossed. Not funny.

Do not waste your money

Pros: None
Cons: Read on too many to count

I bought them HT820 because they were the only ones available in streo ,then i found out that i had to shell out another 100 for the specified dongle ,so I had to carry two BT dongles ,one for my mouse and the other for the headset ,its bulky ,ugly ,not user friendly ,even worse is that it will not work on a laptop (DV9500) HP vista that has a BT built in module, accordingly also the dongle do not work
if you go to motorola support and downloads ,they never heard of it other than offering to sell it to you ,but not support it .
no software ,no upgrades NOOOOOOOOOOOOthing ,if you want one ,I have one in very good condition for sale ,but do not hate me later .
