Spotty Performance with Treos

I went through 2 of these before switching to another product. When I returned it the 2nd time to the Verizon store, the sales rep told me that hes seen several Motorolas (not just the H12) come back due to problems with the Treo. It isnt a true compatability problem though, because with some Treos (even within the same model) it apparently works great. With others, like mine, it is very crackly, low volume / hard to hear and your voice fades in and out to the person at the other end.
