This cradle is horrible. The plug that goes into the bottom of your Treo separates from the cradle base and pushes back inside the cradle when you try to insert your Treo. There is no way to get it to synch or charge your Treo once this happens. Treonauts customer support was abysmal. I offered to send this cradle back, pay the difference for the Palm version and pay shipping. They refused and I've only had the cradle 45 days. Buy any other product but this one and I recommend buying it somewhere else.

The unit I received was defective. The cradle did not work and battery charger melted two batteries. Take extreme caution, be sure you can return it without fees if you take the chance.

Ive gone though 2 so far with the same problem - the spare battery charger wont charge. The first one was broken on arrival - the LED constantlt stayed green even with a completely drained battery - and would not charge. The replacement worked correctly for 4 days, then started doing the same thing. The dock for the TREO is stiff and requires wiggling of your phone to get in and out - this cant be good for the TREO.
