Product Description

This Mobi Products Battery Cradle allows you to easily synchronize and charge your Treo 755p with any USB-enabled computer. Just connect the cradle to your computer's USB and you are set. The Treo is charged through your computer's USB port.

The cradle also features a spare battery charger - great to have if you have multiple batteries. If you want to use the cradle's spare battery charger, you also need to connect the bundled AC adapter. The AC adapter does not charge the Treo, it only provides power to the battery slot.

The spare battery charger will also charge most extended batteries.

Given the fact that the Palm Cradle Kit was actually the only available option to charge a spare Treo 680/750 battery I was particularly curious to review the new Mobi Treo BatteryCradle (pictured above) which now offers an alternative that also has the benefit of charging all Treo batteries.

The unit I received was defective. The cradle did not work and battery charger melted two batteries. Take extreme caution, be sure you can return it without fees if you take the chance.

Ive gone though 2 so far with the same problem - the spare battery charger wont charge. The first one was broken on arrival - the LED constantlt stayed green even with a completely drained battery - and would not charge. The replacement worked correctly for 4 days, then started doing the same thing. The dock for the TREO is stiff and requires wiggling of your phone to get in and out - this cant be good for the TREO.
