Pros:	Its an excellent pice of equipment
Cons:	ear brace

This has been the best bluetooth Ive purchased. However, youd think that for the price.......(and by the way its actually cheaper now than when I first purchased it for $79.95) Youd think that for the price Logitech would actually make an effort to resolve some customer issues with their product when it arises. The ear brace snaps in half......Ive only had the bluetooth a month and it just snapped in half when I was placing the device on my ear. Ive tried contacting Logitech directly and they arent forthcoming with how to go about replacing the ear brace. It doesnt make sense to get rid of a perfectly good piece of equipment due to the fact that I cant use it because I have nothing to keep it in place while in use.
Again.........I stress........NOT CUTE!

I have used TWO of these exact headsets. I thought the first one was bad and had logitech send me another one. Both of these devices gave me an ear full of static. I couldnt walk 3 feet away from my treo 700w. I have used other headsets with good results. This device on the treo, in my opionion, is not recommended. The ear loop also was uncomfortable to me.
