Not designed for all mounting situations

Pros:	No buttons to push
Cons:	No mounting tape

The idea is good. However they should have put a solid backing on it and provided the mounting tape for those who don't want to use the swivel or lighter plug adapter arm. The old spring loaded model that I purchased two weeks ago has this and works great, but is much larget than this new version. Maybe they should redesign it already to satisfy everyone.
