Pros:	Has volume control and a collar clip to keep it from falling to floor.
Cons:	Can be in necklace design

I have the Palm OEM stereo. Soon after I stepped on it when it fell to the ground while removing one side from my ear. Sometimes you do not want to have it always in your ear to keep it in place. This is a great solution although I have seen even better. In Japan, I saw one where the headset is like a necklace, That way, the headset never falls on the floor and breaks.
