Pros:	face in, excellent grip
Cons:	sometimes hits buttons during placement

This thing has been great. Im currently on my fourth case/holder since purchasing my Treo in Feb. The first two pouch style belt clip cases literally fell apart within a few weeks. I then moved to Seidios case with the offset arm. It would occasionally let my Treo fall out if my arm brushed against the release. This new design is great. I feel very confident that my device will not fall out. Its a little bulky to wear while driving, but that doesnt bother me. It will on occasion release your SD card and sometimes as you place the device in the case you will depress a button. Despite the occasional release of my SD card, I LOVE this case. It keeps my Treo safely against my side without worry of it falling out!
