| Overall I think that like me most Treonauts will find the Super Slim Treo 680 Hard Case (particularly the Rubberized Black version which seems most popular) to be an extremely fine addition to their Treo accessories portfolio. The case is very well designed, provides solid protection and is quite elegant and discreet thanks to its slimness. As I point out the only minor flaw in my opinion is the relative difficulty in snapping the case close. Read more... | ||

| I went with the rubberized version since I have an uncanny ability to drop things. Over all the case is well made. It can be a bit tricky to get on the phone but once it's there it's snug. The case can be a bit tricky to remove once it's on since it is a well made, tight fit. But I'd rather have to work at getting it off then have the thing split open when the phone takes a spill. It's also slim enough to allow a good fit in to my SmartPhones P6 pouch. | |
| Great coverup and to protect from everyday wear | |||||

| I purchased this because my Treo 680s front plastic frame bordering the LCD screen began cracking all over (Ive read online that this is common among the 680s). Needless to say, I was very disappointed since I never even dropped my phone yet. I desperately tried to fix the cracks with superglue, which worked well, except that the frame now looks disgustingly messy! This case covers all the damage of the top portion (where the service light and Palm logo are located) and most of the sides cracks. It looks quite nice on the phone. It will definitely protect the phone from scratches of everyday wear but Im not sure about the protection it can give from dropping the phone. The case fits perfectly over the phone. The only thing I dont like is that the make is a bit too plastic-y for me, which is why I can see it cracking eventually. I originally wanted to purchase the CaseMate leatherhard case but it isnt available yet. Eventually I will invest in a leather hard case but until then, this coverup does the job nicely and I can keep my phone out without being embarassed by the glued-up cracks. :-) | |||||

| This is a great fitting, not-bulky case, and the rubberized coating gives it the neeses non-slip surface needed for a pda. One disadvantage is that my Treo680 needs resetting occasionally and you need to unsnap the case to access the internal reset button. Over time, the small snap tabs will wear out ant the two halves won't snap together again. This disadvantage can be minimized by purchasing a soft reset software (http://software.treonauts.com/download.asp?id=1819&pdid=279262) Finally, the case should be beefed up a little. Mine snapped at the thin section on the lower front piece. While the case's main purpose is to protect the Treo when dropped, the case should be able to handle more than one drop. Nonetheless, I'm buying another because of its slim fit advantages. | |
| Nice while it lasts | |

| Ive not had the issues with the corner tabs cracking like others, but Im looking for a replacement for my second one of these because I tend to wear through the case itself. I could see bits of the silver phone case through this thing before the thin bar on the right side of the screen snapped yesterday. Its too bad, I really like the thinness of the case. | |
| Too frail | |

| I agree with the opinion above. Although I love the thin profile of this case, its just too frail. Ive gone through four of them now and they only last an average of 3-4 weeks before that same front lower corner cracks and the case no longer snaps together. Great idea, just poor execution. | |
