Pros: Sound quality, comfort, features
Cons: somewhat cheap build quality - could be a tad louder
Works well with my Treo 700p. Sound both in and out is very good. Noise cancellation seems to work well when Im on my boat. Stays put, which is a good thing because after about three minutes I forget I have it on. You can also turn the annoying flashing blue light off. There are many more features i havent even used yet. Highly recommended.
