This is really not a bad deal. You are getting 3 screens and 2 body skins for a great price. I currently have an InvisbleShield which is made from the exact same vinyl material. A friend of mine has this and both do a great job of protecting your Treo. While not every single corner and edge are covered, it does offer protection for the more important areas (screen, sides, back, earpiece). It also gives your Treo a more "grippy" surface. While I don't use this exclusively to protect my Treo (I have a Leather Case as well), it does a great job of preventing scratches when outside of my case.
However, there is another skin just like this one which is also an excellent value: Shieldzone's Invisible Shield. While Shieldzone only gives you 1 skin and 1 screen protector (I think it actually comes with 3 though), Shieldzone offers a lifetime warranty on their product. If your skin gets damaged while protecting your device, you can send the skin back to have it replaced. The Invisible Shield shares the same price as the BodyGuardz, plus Shieldzone gives you free shipping.
It's almost a toss up in my opinion. You can get an extra skin and 3 screen protectors with BodyGuardz, or get a lifetime warranty with Shieldzone. It's ultimately all based on personal preference. Some people might not want to wait for a free replacement skin to come in the mail, but other's may prefer free replacements so that they don't have to spend more money in the long run.... |
